WHAT’S MY COST?

We will file in network insurance claims only. If you have a policy that we are not in network with, you are responsible for the full amount. We will provide you a superbill that you can submit directly to your insurance company for reimbursement.

  • Aetna, Ambetter (Missouri only), BCBS, Cigna, MO HealthNet Medicaid, Home State Health Medicaid, United Healthcare, UMR, Optum and Optum EAP, and Sana Benefits

    Before your first appointment, we will verify your benefits and let you know what your cost will be. Some insurances plans have a deductible that will need to be met before the insurance company starts paying towards the cost. Some policies have a pre-set copay that will be due at the time of the appointment.

  • Psychoeducation groups do not meet the criteria to be billed under insurance. Because it is a non-billable item, we will not be able to provide you with a superbill. The cost of these groups is $40-$50.

  • Process/support groups are billed through insurance.

Self Pay Costs for Licensed Professional Counselor

  • Initial Intake 60 minutes $175

  • Follow Up sessions 55 minutes $150

  • Late Cancellation (less than 24 hours notice) $100

  • No Call/No Show $125

  • FMLA paperwork will be considered after client and therapist meet for 5 sessions $100

  • Short Term Disability paperwork will be considered after the therapist has met with you for 5 sessions $125

  • Records request, letters of treatment summary $30

  • I do not provide letters for an Emotional Support Animal

  • I want people to be able to access the mental health care they need. If you do not have insurance, please reach out to me to discuss sliding scale options.

Master Level Interns are Self Pay Only

  • Interns are not able to complete FMLA or STD paperwork
