Sacred Journey Groups
Sacred Journey groups provide opportunities to build connections and community as you explore a variety of topics. Mindfulness and meditation, self compassion, resiliency, learning to lovingly parent yourself, forgiveness: these are just a few of the topics that will be explored in the sacred journey groups. Groups run 4-6 weeks and each session is 1.5-2 hours. Click the link below to learn more.
